Our story
Lakefront Epoxy began the way most good local trades do — a friend asked us to coat his garage, then his neighbor saw it, then a neighbor's brother who owns a showroom called. Eight years later we've poured floors across the country, and we still spec every job the same way: the right base for the slab, the right color for the house, the right topcoat for how the room actually gets used.
We're not the cheapest shop around. We're not the biggest. But every floor we've installed since 2018 is still bonded, and every customer still has our cell phone if anything ever changes.
Why epoxy at all
Epoxy was originally an industrial coating for breweries and showrooms. The same thing that lets it shrug off forklifts and beer is what makes it perfect for a lake house — water, sand, road salt, and freeze-thaw don't faze it.
Properly installed epoxy floors routinely last 20–30 years. We warranty ours for 10.
No grout lines, no seams, nothing for water or sand to creep into and ruin.
Metallic and flake systems read more like polished stone than industrial coating.
Hose, mop, or shop vac — that's the whole maintenance routine.

We're headquartered in Waterford, MI 48328 and travel for the right project. No job is too far — the longest install we've done was a multi-state drive to a lake home, and we've worked in dozens of states since 2018.
